2012 Global Compliance Champion Award Nomination
Our business culture depends upon each of us to champion ethics and legal compliance. Just as we celebrate business successes with the TriMas Business Awards, we are introducing the Global Compliance Champion Award to celebrate one employee each year for his/her contributions to creating a culture of integrity and compliance within TriMas.
Who might be the 2012 Compliance Champion?
- Someone who demonstrates integrity with customers or employees even if it is difficult or uncomfortable.
- Someone who did the right thing when faced with an ethical dilemma or helped to find a solution which balanced meeting business objectives and compliance.
- Someone who supported compliance training, especially if it prevented compliance issues.
- Someone who has reported possible violations and/or cooperated with an investigation.
How do you nominate someone?
Submit your nomination for the 2012 Global Compliance Champion to celebrate a TriMas employee for his or her contributions to creating a culture of integrity and compliance. Nomination forms are due December 15, 2012.
