Grant Beard President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Beard oversees operation of the entire TriMas Organization, which includes Packaging Systems, Energy Products, Industrial Specialties, RV & Trailer Products, and Recreational Accessories. Mr. Beard was formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of HealthMedia Corporation (H.M.C.), a provider of health care products and services to large insurance companies, and President of the Preferred Technical Group of Dana Corporation, a maker of tubular fluid routing products for vehicle manufacturers. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Corporate Development for Echlin, Inc., a company acquired by Dana in 1998. In addition, Mr. Beard spent his early career with two private equity/merchant banking groups Anderson Group and Oxford Investment Group actively involved in corporate development, strategy and operations management. Mr. Beard earned his Bachelor's degree in Finance and Master's Degree in Business Administration from Miami University (Ohio). He also holds a Master's degree in International Economics from the University of Detroit Mercy. back to leadership
