Joshua Sherbin Vice President and General Counsel

Joshua Sherbin joined TriMas in 2005 and has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and coordination of TriMas legal activities worldwide. Mr. Sherbin has more than 20 years of experience in law firm and corporate legal environments. From 1988 to 2005, Mr. Sherbin was the North American corporate counsel and corporate secretary for Valeo, a diversified international automotive supplier headquartered in Europe. Prior to joining Valeo, Sherbin was senior counsel and assistant corporate secretary for Kelly Services. He started his career in the business and corporate practice at the law firm of Butzel Long.

Mr. Sherbin holds a BA from Kalamazoo College and a JD from Wayne State University.
