Robert J. Zalupski Vice President, Finance & Treasurer Mr. Zalupski is responsible for the external financial reporting processes for the Company, as well as management of treasury, tax, and risk management functions. Mr. Zalupski has more than 20 years of business and financial management experience. From 1998 to 2002, he was a partner at Arthur Andersen providing audit, business consulting and risk management services to clients in the manufacturing, defense and automotive supplier industries. Prior to 1996 he held various positions of increasing responsibility within the audit practice of Andersen serving publicly held clients in a variety of industries. Mr. Zalupski holds a BBA degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan and is a CPA and CIA. back to leadership
