A. Mark Zeffiro Chief Financial Officer Mr. Zeffiro is responsible for the overall leadership within the financial function of TriMas including financial planning, external reporting, business analysis, treasury, tax and corporate capital. Mr. Zeffiro has more than 20 years of financial, operational and business leadership experience with companies such as Black & Decker and General Electric. Prior to joining TriMas, Zeffiro served as Vice President of Finance for the Global Consumer Products Group of Black & Decker. Mr. Zeffiro holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Analysis from Bentley College. back to leadership
